Once the slag removal is done, it will be reduced to less than 10 hours immediately. Not only the cost of consumables is high, but also the time and frequency of replacing consumables will cause a huge waste of time. In addition, in general, the workpiece needs to be processed on both sides. With this single-side grinding scheme, after one-side grinding, the workpiece needs to be turned over and fed twice to complete the final processing requirements, which greatly reduces the processing efficiency.

  The second is currently the most advanced dry double-sided processing technology, production line processing, through-type continuous feeding and grinding, the workpiece is clamped by several groups of clamping rollers facing each other up and down, and is processed separately by grinding heads symmetrically distributed up and down inside the machine body. Removal of slag, deburring, rounding. The advantages of this processing method are remarkable: first, the processing effect is thorough and clean, without residual slag and burrs. Second, the surface treatment effect of a single piece and the whole batch of workpieces is consistent, which is an effect that cannot be compared with manual processing. Third, the processing efficiency is high. The advanced technology of double-sided simultaneous processing improves the efficiency by at least 60% compared with the traditional mechanical processing method. Taking the workpiece with a size of 400mm×100mm as an example, under the general processing requirements, the workbench width is 1500mm The production line can process 1,600 pieces per hour, and the production capacity is 40 to 50 times that of manual processing and 5 to 7 times that of traditional mechanical processing. Fourth, it saves a lot of human resources. With the continuous processing of the production line, only 2 employees are required on the loading and unloading side to achieve the production capacity that can only be achieved by manual processing by 40 or 50 employees. Fifth, energy saving and environmental protection. The production line is equipped with a high-efficiency dust removal system. The grinding dust is strictly controlled inside the machine and completely collected by the dust collector. The dust gas can be discharged directly after being filtered. However, such a production line is expensive, which undoubtedly costs a lot of money for ordinary small and medium-sized enterprises.
