Due to the high melting point, these oxide layers are not easy to burn and melt, which increases the preheating time. At the same time, after heating, the oxide layer will splash around, which is easy to block the cutting nozzle of the CNC cutting machine and reduce the service life of the cutting machine. Therefore, before cutting, the surface of the steel plate should be pretreated for rust removal.

The process of steel plate cutting requires great skill. "Expansion with heat and contraction with cold" is a natural law. During the steel plate cutting process, the friction of the CNC cutting machine will cause uneven heating and cooling of the steel plate, and the internal stress of the material will cause different degrees of bending or displacement of the cut workpiece— — That is, cutting thermal deformation, which is manifested as shape distortion and cutting size deviation. Since the internal stress of the material cannot be balanced and completely eliminated, some measures can only be taken to minimize thermal deformation, so as to process flat and beautiful high-quality steel plates.
