Chinese silicon steel sheet grade representation method
Chinese silicon steel sheet grade representation method
(1) Cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel strip (sheet)
Representation method: 100 times of DW+iron loss value (at a frequency of 50HZ, the peak value of the sinusoidal magnetic induction is 1.5T per unit weight iron loss value)+100 times of the thickness value. For example, DW470-50 means cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel with an iron loss value of 4.7w/kg and a thickness of 0.5mm. The new model is now expressed as 50W470.
(2) Cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel strip (sheet)
Representation method: 100 times of DQ+iron loss value (at a frequency of 50HZ, the peak value of magnetic induction with sinusoidal waveform is 1.7T iron loss value per unit weight)+100 times of thickness value. Sometimes adding G after the iron loss value means high magnetic induction. For example, DQ133-30 means that the iron loss value is 1.33, and the thickness is 0.3mm. The cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel strip (sheet), and the new model is expressed as 30Q133.
(3) Hot-rolled silicon steel plate
Hot-rolled silicon steel sheets are represented by DR, and are divided into low-silicon steels (silicon content ≤ 2.8%) and high-silicon steels (silicon content > 2.8%) according to the silicon content.
Representation method: 100 times of DR+iron loss value (the iron loss value per unit weight when the maximum magnetic induction intensity of 50HZ repeated magnetization and sinusoidal change is 1.5T)+100 times of the thickness value. For example, DR510-50 means a hot-rolled silicon steel plate with an iron loss value of 5.1 and a thickness of 0.5mm. The grade of hot-rolled silicon steel sheet for household appliances is represented by JDR+iron loss value+thickness value, such as JDR540-50.
