This standard applies to the cutting and blanking of steel plate raw materials. Suitable for cutting and blanking processes that use flame cutting and plasma cutting as cutting methods.

Material requirements:

1. It is particularly emphasized that the steel plates used for cutting and blanking should be inspected and accepted by the quality department, and all indicators should meet the corresponding provisions of national standards.

2. The brand, thickness and surface quality of the steel plate should be checked before feeding. If the corrosion spot depth on the steel surface exceeds the negative deviation of the national standard steel plate, it is not allowed to be used in the product. Without reducing the design thickness, small areas of pitting can be repaired and polished to pass through welding.

3. When blanking, the grade, specification and surface quality of the steel plate must be checked, and the blank can only be blanked after confirmation.

Construction equipment and tools:

1. Cutting and blanking equipment mainly includes CNC flame cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, straight cutting machine, semi-automatic cutting machine, etc.

2. Before gas cutting, check whether all equipment and tools of the entire gas cutting system are operating normally, and ensure that they can operate under safe conditions, and pay attention to maintaining them during gas cutting.

3. Testing and marking tools include steel rulers, tape measures, pencils and markers, etc.
